Brief introduction of hot dip continuous aluminum zinc silicon production line:
Hot-dip galvanized steel sheet (abbreviated as GL steel sheet) is a steel sheet that is alloyed with aluminum (AI55%), zinc (Zn43.5%), and silicon (Si1.5%) on the surface of the steel sheet. It is a steel-based composite material with excellent corrosion resistance.
The hot-dip aluminum-zinc alloy steel sheet not only has the excellent atmospheric corrosion resistance, heat resistance and oxidation resistance of the aluminum-plated steel sheet, but also has the excellent electrochemical protection of the galvanized steel sheet.

The main advantages are as follows:
1. The surface is smooth and has excellent resistance to atmospheric corrosion. Its corrosion resistance life is 2-6 times higher than that of hot-dip galvanized steel;
2. Has good heat and oxidation resistance, long-term unchanged color at 300 ℃, can be used for a long time at about 500 ℃ -600 ℃, has good water resistance and soil corrosion resistance, in addition, the product's heat reflectance is higher than 75 %, suitable for manufacturing low-temperature furnace inner lining, reducing furnace wall heat transfer;
3. Has excellent paintability and good substrate. Its workability and weldability are similar to hot-dip galvanized sheet, which can be processed by cold bending and stamping, and has a good appearance.

4. In addition, since the specific gravity of aluminum metal is smaller than that of zinc, the specific gravity of the aluminum-zinc alloy coating is only 3.7 kg/dm3. It is a popular craft nowadays.

Brief introduction of galvanized aluminum magnesium production line:
The galvanized aluminum-magnesium plate is a new environmentally friendly steel plate with high corrosion resistance by adding a suitable proportion of zinc, aluminum, and magnesium to its plate to produce a composite effect. The world's first zinc-aluminum-magnesium alloy coated steel plates were developed by Japan's "Nippon Steel" company and "Nissin Steel" company (product name: ZAM) successively around 2000. The first domestic hot-dip galvanized aluminum-magnesium alloy coated steel plate was successfully rolled out in Shandong Kerui Company in November 2013!
This coated steel plate can completely replace all previous hot-dip new products (GI, GF, GL) and is the fourth-generation coated plate. It still maintains the original appearance of the steel plate under severe corrosive environment. In some environments, it can directly replace stainless steel and aluminum plate.

The main advantages are as follows:
1. The corrosion resistance of the flat part is 5-8 times that of the ordinary galvanized sheet (GI).
2. It has excellent self-healing function of fracture, and the corrosion resistance of its cut part is 10-16 times that of ordinary galvanized sheet.
3. Processing performance is very good (due to excellent wear resistance and scratch resistance, can adapt to various processing)
4. It can be used directly naked, saving the cost of post-painting, saving the maintenance cost in the later period, high cost performance, and obvious price advantage.
5. Less coating can have longer life and superior anti-corrosion ability, which is a resource-saving product and meets national environmental protection requirements.
At present, such products have been widely used in Japan.
